The Homeless Leadership Alliance (HLA) assists with linking individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness to services within the Pinellas County Continuum of Care.

Please Note: The Homeless Leadership Alliance of Pinellas does NOT have funding for rent assistance, utilities arrears, move-in costs, hotel/motel vouchers, or gas cards.

The HLA has limited access to direct client assistance, for example, if you are seeking assistance if you can stay with family/friends outside of Pinellas County or Florida and need help with transit costs to get there (i.e. a bus ticket), OR when you can stay with family/friends with contribution to their utility bill within Pinellas County.
